Empowering Media acquires hostasite.com service from Delta Computer Group

Empowering Media, Inc. announced today the completion of its acquisition of hostasite.com from Delta Computer Group, a leading Long Island based hardware maintenance company. This acquisition continues Empowering Media's acquisition strategy of providing end-to-end information technology solutions to the Company's growing client base. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Larry Ludwig, Empowering Media's CEO said, "The acquisition of hostasite.com builds upon the service offerings of the do-it-yourself web site hosting, and at the same time brings outstanding management, marketing and development talent to Empowering Media." Empowering Media plans to add more such services to help small businesses use the Internet more effectively.
